T. John Costello, Jr.

Associate

John Costello joined the firm in 2009 as an associate. Prior to attending law school, John was employed as a Software Engineer at Northrop Grumman Corporation in both Melbourne, Florida and San Diego, California. While at Northrop Grumman, he worked on radar systems, unmanned airplanes, and cyber warfare networks. He also traveled extensively throughout the United States and Europe and was sent to three coalition exercises at the NATO C3 Agency in The Hague, Netherlands. Additionally, he completed a Systems Engineering Management program at the California Institute of Technology’s Industrial Relations Center.

John’s legal education focused on intellectual property, taxation, and trusts and estates. He earned the Dean’s Award for the highest grade in Federal Wealth Transfer Taxation. His law practice concentrates on Trusts and Estates and Intellectual Property.
