Truman Costello established the firm with Robert Royston in 1985 and has been Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Wills, Trusts, and Estates since 1992.  He practices in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration, Probate and Trust Litigation, Asset Protection Planning, Real Estate Acquisitions, Syndications, Development, and Sales, and Corporate and Business Entity Formations, Maintenance, Reorganization, Conversion, and Liquidation.

Truman is a member of the Lee County Bar Association, the Lee County Estate Planning Council, and the following sections of the Florida Bar: Elder Law, Real Property, Probate & Trust Law, and Tax Law.  He is also a member of the following sections of the American Bar Association: Real Property, Trust & Estate Law, and Senior Lawyers.
